These Terms govern services provided by Mavka Nails LLC, 11880 Hero Way W #105, Leander, TX 78641. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.
SERVICES
Mavka Nails LLC provides manicure, pedicure, nail extension, nail art, strengthening, and removal services. Current service prices are listed on our website and in our online booking system, and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on the condition of your nails, length, and design complexity, and is confirmed before the service begins.
APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the service price.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are subject to a fee of 100% of the service price.
- After a missed appointment or repeated last-minute cancellations, future bookings may require a deposit or may need to be made by phone.
LATE ARRIVALS
We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled and treated as a same-day cancellation.
GUESTS & CHILDREN
Our work requires precision and a calm environment. We kindly ask that you come without children or additional guests whenever possible. If that is not an option, children must remain seated and supervised throughout the appointment.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Please reschedule if you are unwell. We reserve the right to decline service in case of open wounds, infections, or suspected nail or skin conditions. All tools are sterilized after every client in accordance with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation requirements.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Please arrive with clean nails — no lotions or oils. If you have acrylic, dip powder, or enhancements applied elsewhere, let us know when booking so we can reserve time for removal.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
All services are covered by a 3-day warranty. If anything chips or lifts within 3 days, contact us and we will fix it at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, filing or picking at home, or work applied over another salon's product without full removal.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied, tell us before you leave or contact us within 3 days and we will correct the work.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
LIABILITY
Mavka Nails LLC is not responsible for personal items left on the premises. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies and medical conditions that may affect the service.
